Cozy and charming location for those expecting to stay tucked away in Chianti. The views from the living room are great. The owner was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend stocking up on snacks and breakfast items to avoid making frequent visits into town - about 6 km away.
We have been in the middle of winter in that place. Our stay was very comfortabel and we where overwellhelmed by the kindness and the care The Owner and his family took for us. They have cooked every day excellent 3 cours menus in toscanian style for us. The ecological Wine he is making on his property is fantastic. And the location of this place is wonderfull. By car You can be in 1,5 hours to all sights and big cities of Toscana but You can also walk by foot ore go by bike. A really lovely place we can recommend it and we wish to be soon there again.
Our one month stay in Oriuolo was delightful. The apartment was thoughtfully appointed and immaculate. It fit our every need. The location was in the center of everything. The apartment was very quiet and we loved waking to the bells of Santa Croce. The owner responded to our every need making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.
Villa Fabbroni e un posto meraviglioso imerso nel verde, e dal vivo e piu bello che nelle fotografie. Sergio e Stefano sono dei padroni di casa cordiali e molto simpatici. L appartamento il padronale e molto spazioso e comodo. Firenze, Siena e altre citta sono facilmente raggiungibili con la macchina. L anno prossimo spero di ritornarci in vacanza.

Sergio and Stefano are very friendly and very nice hosts. The apartment Il Padronale is very spacious and comfortable. Florence, Siena and other cities are easily accessible by car. The next year I hope to go back on vacation.
We were very happy to find a place like Casa Del Limoneto.The peace was heavenly, we could only hear the birds singing and sometimes the sound of the waves. The house was very well equipped. We had two good bikes for riding around the area.The beach was perfect near the house and Corrado, the landlord was super!He was always friendly and helpful.We couldn`t imagine a better one.We are sure we`ll be back again some day.
Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni molto belli: eravamo io, mio marito, la nostra magnifica Golden e la nostra piccolina nella pancia.
La casa è molto bella ed è situata in una zona con panorama magnifico; ideale per una famiglia come la nostra.
Posizione strategica per poter visitare i famosi luoghi che si trovano nelle vicinanze.

Great location across the street from David. In fact, maybe a little too close if you want the living room quiet from 08:30-10:00. Noise from the crowd waiting for tickets didn't reach the bedroom, though, and they were interesting to watch. The washer took a little getting used to, even after we let in the repair man to fix a leak. Also had to get used to the sit-tub/shower. Had a low shelf that you could sit on that sloped to the drain level. Hard to stand in since it was hard to fit both feet on the same level. The slope between the levels was slippery.
we truly enjoyed our stay at the villa, ir really lived up to all the stunning pictures we had viewed. The setting is completely private, the grounds are amazing, and waking up to shirping birds is a wonderful experience. The villa IS very remote, up about 2 miles of gravel and dirt road, but the drive is worth it. The only things we found lacking are dishes, glassware, wine glasses, flatware and serving pieces in the kitchen. Additionally, the lighting is bad so we should probably have asked them to replace all the light bulbs that were out, how to work all the chandeliers and more lamps perhaps, also there are not screens on the windows in some bedrooms. Brita was very helpful and also though they charge extra for heat, it was worth it and not that expensive, less than 25 bucks a day! enjoy!!
