[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The apartment wasn't heated, even though the outside temperature was 6 degrees. It wasn't until we complained that the floor heating was turned on. It takes 48 hours to reach a comfortable temperature. In the meantime, we had to rely on the wood-burning fireplace. This meant there was no heat in the bathroom. It's incomprehensible why the heat was turned off.
