Beds are comfortable and made up with high quality linens. The setting is exactly what you would want from a Tuscan vacation house - rolling Tuscan hills with vineyards and fields of sunflowers surrounding the grounds. The view (especially from the pool) is breathtaking. Private and quiet (except for occasional traffic from the adjoining road) and perfected located. Take a walk down the road and you'll see stunning views of San Gimignano (only a 15-minute drive away). Maria, the owner, was lovely. She cooked us a memorable Tuscan meal one night and helped us book some local activities including horseback riding. We are a family of four (two children ages 9 and 12) and had a truly wonderful experience at La Chiesina.
