Great clean Villa in fantastic location for exploring Tuscanny by car. Staircase upstairs a little steep, if thats not an issue for you it's a great place. Would definetly go back for a summer visit. Couldn't of been a better location for us. Quite a few local restaurents of excellent quality minutes away in local village and very convenient to Autostrada.

We would certainly recommend this villa. Our family party, coming from Scotland and Bermuda, took two adjoining apartments and it worked really well. We had loads of room so we could have privacy when needed but we could also all eat together in the evening. We were very comfortable and the family looked after us very well. It's very well located for sightseeing and the beaches aren't too far away either. We would all love to go back!

We had an excellent experience and enjoyed staying at the villa. Marco was especially nice and even gave us a bottle of his special wine at our departure. We're already discussing a return trip to Italy and plan to use your reservation service for that trip.

We stayed in the newest villa on the property and it is very spacious and bright - lots of windows and outdoor patio space. This villa is very nice, but it is in the country so it is necessary to drive for any necessities.

Such beautiful countryside. Cortona, Arezzo, the Chianti area. Most definately we would recommend the property. Franceso and Marina were wonderful hosts. Their suggestions about what to do and their hospitality were very much appreciated.

The property is well located to the sea (just 5 min walk), places to go (Toscana historical towns like Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence etc and farms producing excellent vine), supermarkets. It is surrounded by pine trees, the beach is vast and sandy. The apartment is reasonably planned and furnished.

Owners Marina and Francisco are delightful and although the tuscun sun was illusive the friendliness and warmth of the towns people and most especially Marina, Francesco and family more than compensated for that.
All five of us, my mother especially, had a remarkable time. My mother 87y/o wants to stay a month next time, we'll see.

This property was so lovely, it was even better than the pictures on the web site. We loved staying here, we were lucky there was noone else using the other two apartments so had the whole place to ourselves. This would be a great place to have a special party with a group as there was also a huge room for entertaining only with a kitchen and bathroom. The pool area was wonderful. The views out over the vines was amazing. Loved waking up to sound of the Italian staff working in the winery on the property. Loved the town of Montelcino which was only 4 km away. This property is in a great location handy to visit other towns, Cortona, Bagno Vignoni, Siena etc. Caught the train to Florence but think it took about 2 hours to get there and due to huge crowds didnt have time to queue and see anything but was still great day walking around the city. I would recommend this villa to anyone it was just perfect. Anita - NZ

Very well equipped and well maintained. We were surprised at the extensiveness of the kitchen and dishware as well as the quality of the bathrooms. Comfortable beds, lots of storage, good sized rooms.

Great proximity to Siena (20 minutes), Florence and the entire wine region. Only ten minutes to a local market and grocery store that was well stocked.

Great walking area with small towns nearby. Close grocery store and a few restaurant options.

Have a local chef come in and cook some night - we did this twice and it was fantastic in terms of quality and experience. Go to the little restaurant at the top of the hill - outstanding food and experience.

Riccardo was an EXCELLENT host. He helped us with restaurant reservations and recommendations, hooked us up with a chef to come in and cook for us.
