When we arrived at your villa we were surprised by the enormous space in- and outside the villa. It even looks a lot better than on the pictures on the website. The rooms were very clean and the enormous garden including a large swimming pool are maintained excellent. We liked especially the privacy, the swimming pool and the large terrace. We also made frequently use of the montainbikes and the ping-pong table. During our stay we visited Bientina (not so interesting), Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Viareggio, Montecatini and Montecarlo (very nice village on a hill). The owner Angela and her daughter Silvia were very kind and helpful. Overall we have had a wonderful time.

The villa was exceptional and the view stunning. We really liked the fact that all 3 bedrooms had their own full bathroom, and the kitchen was very well equipped. This was a perfect place for 3 couples to have a reunion. Our only complaint was the vill advertises wi/fi and there was none . The wi/fi service is only available by finding Giuseppe, (the owner) and entering his house to access the service. In todays modern world where everybody seems to need access, this was unacceptable.

Wow what a Beautiful Place!!! I don't know if anything else can be said other than Rosado and his father were spectacular hosts. They were there for us at every moment we needed them for guidance on what to do and where to go, but never in the way.
The grounds are impeccably manicured and the palazzo is very clean and updated. All nestled in a moment in time that make you feel like you are living in the past.

Der Pool ist toskana-typisch nicht beheizt aber sehr sauber und angenehm temperiert.
Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung sollte auch das Tor erwähnen, da das Schild schwer als solches zu erkennen ist (dunkelbraune Schrift auf braunem Hintergrund).
Küche und Bäder sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Vor Ort können selbstgemachtes Olivenöl und Rotwein erworben werden. Auch Holz für den offenen Kamin steht zur Verfügung (sehr zu empfehlen).
Einziger Negativpunkt ist der schöne Tisch auf der Terrasse, der leider etwas hoch ist, sodass auch grosse Menschen in unbequemer Haltung essen müssen.
Sehr schön gelegen. Die Anlage ist Top gepflegt. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet. Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Spülmaschinentabs, Müllbeutel etc. mussten allerdings selbst gekauft werden. Lucca und Pisa sind zum Einkaufen aber binnen 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

The owner is VERY helpful [even though he lives in Florence, but does have an office in Radda, and does return phone calls], which is v. necessary on moving in or out, since the 'accessibility' description is not very accurate. One can, theoretically, drive to within 10m of the apt, IF you have a small enough car [as the owner does], but only in the AM. Our Fiat 500L would never have made it. The parking [over the city wall beyond the apt] was definitely more than 100 m, including a long flight of stairs. The location is v. convenient in one respect, being 10 m from the city info office, whose staff is good in English and helpful in absolutely any way that you would desire. The location is challenging for senior seniors since it is uphill from everywhere, w/. a final long flight of stairs to enter the apt. The apt. is somewhat under furnished, w/. only two comfortable seats in the LR, but the BRs and baths are fine, and there is a PC. The owner [keyholder] speaks English well, but is v. busy, so you must get him to slow down, e. g., while explaining the washing machine.
Zentrale Lage in der Toskana. Umgeben von Weinbergen und Olivenhainen. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch und im Haushalt ist alles was man braucht. Geschmackvoll und der Umgebung angepasst, eingerichtetes Appartement. Das Ensemble mit mehreren Appartements ist in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Es gibt viel Natur um das Haus herum und eine herrliche Ruhe. Typisch Toskana! Für alle Wege (Einkauf, Gastronomie usw.) ist ein Auto erforderlich. Alles Nötige gibt es im Umkreis von 10 km.
Beautiful surrounding and view of nearby San Gimignano. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Our apartment was cozy and entire property well maintained. Large garden with several bbqs and seating areas available for the guests. Swimming pool as well to cool off in summer time. We loved our stay (couple with toddler)
