Great location - 7-10 minutes walk (with two small kids) to piazza Miracoli and the leaning Tower, 5-10 minutes walk to the main shopping street, 20 eur taxi from the airport.
Very nice host - welcomed us warmly, showed us around the apartment, had a convenient city map put together and gave us tips for places to visit and places to dine.
The apartment is beautifully arranged - you can feel the old Italian atmosphere in every little detail. It's comfortable for a family of 4 - there is a parents bedroom with one large bed and a kids bedroom with two separate beds. The kitchen is fully equipped: we cooked one night and had coffee and tea every morning - very nice touch and very convenient. The bathroom is a bit small - toilet and bathroom in one, but we managed quite well for 4 nights.
The apartment is on the first floor and can sometimes be noisy + there were lots of mosquitoes when we visited, despite the mosquito nets on all windows, so come prepared.
All in all, we - a family of 4 - two kids 5 and 7, had a great stay at apartment Le Volte and we definitely recommend it and would chose to stay there again.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owners were available to answer queries and fixed our minor problem very swiftly (within the hour). Beautiful area and all our guests had a great time. Many thanks
Saturnia 9 is a lovely property, and its location is wonderful. Although other properties are nearby (100m or so), it was very tranquil and peaceful. The guest membership of the thermal spa is an added bonus.
We had a wonderful holiday, maybe the most beautiful we spent in Italy, in this real Marche house, with 4 nice bedrooms, nestled in the hills. We really enjoyed the heated pool !! It is a quiet place and there are many restaurants and historic towns nearby. Sea is only 25 kilometres away. I would say an ideal villa for families or friends, we would love to come back.
We loved this villa! Out of the three villas we've stayed at over the years, this was our favorite. It is beautiful and just like the pictures. It is nestled in a little valley and right on a river. There is a gorgeous waterfall that you can walk to. The property around the villa is amazing with beautiful flowers and trees surrounding a gorgeous pool and two patios. Inside, the villa is nicely kept. It feels rustic, but has all the modern amenities you could want. The ladies who run and care for the villa are very helpful and friendly. We had a couple of issues, but they fixed them immediately. They made sure that we were taken good care of. It fit 5 adults and 3 children perfectly. If you stay, be sure to arrange for Monica to make you dinner. Delicious!!!!
