Ottimo soggiorno! Posto decisamente confortevole. Il proprietario é stato molto accogliente e disponibile. Anche la colazione é stata ricca e varia. Lo consigliamo e ci torneremo sicuramente!
We spent a week comfortably with 9 people the last week of October. We could have easily brought the dog as the garden is huge and secure. Large living room with lots of seating and 3 bathrooms is a big plus. The kitchen isn't very well equipped but adequate (oven works but not on all settings, no microwave, plenty of skillets but no good oven pans). The location is ideal. It's a quick walk or bike ride down to the cafe and bread store. Just a bit farther and there's a great pizzeria, larger bread/pastry shop, good seafood and the beach. We really loved Massa, both the beach town and the old downtown. Just gorgeous, between the mountains and the sea. Quick access to the highway for day trips around Tuscany.
loved this place we would definitely stay there again great place, perfect patio and excellent restaurant across the street, right in the middle of the action in Montalcino
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hébergement, très bien situé, dans un village parfait comme base de départ pour visiter les cinq terres. Cette petite maison contient tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour à 4 personnes maxi. Le chauffage du réz de chaussée est un poële à bois un peu ancien, plutôt difficile à allumer. Aux étages, chaque chambre est équipée d'une climatisation réversible. Le lieu de parking est un peu éloigné de l'hébergement (5 minutes à pied) et il faut donc porter les bagages : à déconseiller donc aux personnes ayant des difficultés pour marcher. AUtre point négatif : la maison est située au pied d'un clocher qui sonne les heures et le demi-heures, même la nuit. Pour notre part nous avons malgré tout apprécié cet hébergement et l'accueil qui nous a été réservé.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We had a great stay in this great property, very well located, in a village, perfect as a starting point to visit the Cinque Terre. This small house contains everything you need for a good stay for 4 people max. The heating on the ground floor is a wood stove, a little old, rather difficult to ignite. On the floors, each room is equipped with a reversible air-conditioning. The parking is a little distant from the accommodation (5 minutes on foot) and it is necessary to carry the luggage: so not advisable for people having difficulties to walk. Another negative point: the house is located at the foot of a bell tower that rings on the hours and half-hours, even at night. For our part we have nevertheless enjoyed this accommodation and the welcome that has been reserved for us.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Es gab alles was man braucht ! Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Super W-LAN ! Für Einkaufsmöglichleiten braucht man das Auto, auch für Restaurantbesuche! Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub braucht ist hier genau richtig! Waren Ende Oktober dort und es war ziemlich kalt! Heizung war vorhanden wurde aber nicht angemacht!
A very wonderful authentic place, beautifully situated with views in every direction. The house is charming with lots of room to both be together or withdraw privately. 6 separate rooms (2x3 ppl, 3x2 ppl (maybe more) and 1x1 person) plus 1 large dbl room (or 3?) on first floor with semi-open connection with ground floor. Two kitchens. Piano and pool. Lots of beautiful bathrooms so most rooms are more or less equally attractive.
The pool is wonderful but not heated which probably doesn't matter in the summertime. Would love to come back.
Mooi huis op een prachtige locatie. Buiten overal mooie zitjes met uikijk over het zwembad en de Toscaanse heuvelen. De tuin groot en mooi aangelegd.
In het huis fijne slaapkamers en eigen badkamers.
Top dat we de openhaarden in de kamer en keuken konden stoken.
De keuken vonden we wel wat primitief, in die zin als je voor 16 man wilt koken heb je alleen maar 1 4-pitsfornuis en 1 oven. Dit zou meer mogen zijn. Er waren wel 2 koelkasten aanwezig.

Spectacular villa with beautiful views and wonderful management to service all of your needs. It is deep set in the countryside so you must have good transportation to get to all of the Tuscan must sees, but it was a pleasure to spend the week here!
