The outdoor area makes this villa. Lovely pool and surrounding patio areas. Plenty of seating and the grounds are private and enormous! The inside is very basic, with a cold running shower in the ground floor wet room. Unfortunately the villa was advertised with a washing machine but no information to advise us the waste pipe is not plumbed in, unlike the water inlet. Thus on our first attempt at using we had water spilling out the back of the machine. We were verbally berated by a cleaner, (happened to be on site) who got the handyman to explain that a hose needed to be attached to the rear of the machine and fed into the toilet or bidet in the wet room. Had we known it would not of been a problem, but my husband had google translate running on his phone and therefore knew exactly the rude racial comments made by the cleaner! It is only due to this incident that we would not return and thankfully our only experience of poor hospitality in all three holidays we have enjoyed in Tuscany.
we had a wonderful time at the villa. The villa was spacious and beautiful. The grounds and pool were perfect and the location is so unspoilt. We loved it
From the booking to vacation, everything was simple and easy to do. Pier is a fantastic host and the apartment is stunning. Great value for money and only a few minutes walk to all the shops. We are already planning our return for next summer.

Nous avons eu un bon contact avec Marcello qui travaille aussi à la ferme mais pas avec le propriétaire habitant juste à côté.
Bel emplacement pour rayonner en Toscane.
A beautiful property in a beautiful setting. The owner is obviously very proud of his home and takes great care to ensure that everything is well maintained and clean. The owner had limited English but we didn't find this a problem. Having some form of transport is essential as the property is about 15 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket. We didn't find the close proximity to the road a problem at all. We would definitely return.
A lovely apartment with fabulous views and swimming pool which was cleaned most nights. Very friendly and helpful owners. Kitchen was equipped fairly basically and we could have done with aircon in both bedrooms but we were there at a particularly hot time. Easy reach to some of the main Tuscany attractions.
Overall, we loved staying there and would go again.
We had a great stay with our family. The children loved the pool. We went to the beach and Pietrasanta. Very nice. You can walk to the beach. It’s half an hour. But with small children is not so safe. There were only some dogs across the street who were barking all night. After we fed them, it became better.
We rented this villa for a family week (we were 10 people) and everything was perfect: the villa is amazing and the place gorgeous. I must also say that the women helping on site (cleaning and food) were lovely. We felt really welcomed and they took good care of us, answering all our questions, cooking amazing Italian food, listening to our needs, preferences and requests. We loved everything and definitely recommend this place.
