Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!
Einziger Minuspunkt - das blaue Sofa im oberen Bereich. Es ist zum Schlafen aus unserer Sicht zu hart. Das gelbe Sofa im unteren Bereich bietet dagegen alternativ einen besseren Schlafkomfort.

The only downside is the blue sofa upstairs. We found it too hard to sleep on. The yellow sofa downstairs, on the other hand, offers a more comfortable alternative.

Die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist ideal für Einkäufe im 1km entfernten Montaione und zentral für Ausflüge in die traumhaft schöne Umgebung. Die Gastgeber sind stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment genau der Urlaub, den wir uns gewünscht haben. Alles sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Vermieterin ist bezaubernd, super aufmerksam, hilfsbereit, interessiert, aber nie aufdringlich. Gerade durch sie hat der Urlaub das gewisse Etwas gehabt. Der Pool ist super, wird täglich gereinigt. Der Blick auf den See ist atemberaubend. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es in erreichbarer Nähe, da kann man auch gut die Vermieterin fragen, ansonsten ist nichts touristisch überlaufen, man lernt Italien und kennen und kann schöne Begegnungen haben. Die Wohnung bleibt, wenn man nachts lüftet, tagsüber angenehm kühl, auch wenn draußen über 30 Grad sind. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Und auch unter der Terrasse lässt es sich gut aushalten. Wir haben uns bestens erholt und in dem fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurant im Ort an mehreren Abenden lecker gegessen, ebenfalls mit Blick auf den See. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Gerade, wenn man es gerne gemütlich und ruhig hat im Urlaub: perfekt!

The landlady is charming, incredibly attentive, helpful, and interested, but never intrusive. She was the one who gave the vacation that special something. The pool is fantastic and cleaned daily. The view of the lake is breathtaking. There are plenty of excursions within easy reach, and you can easily ask the landlady for recommendations. Otherwise, it's not overrun with tourists; you get to know Italy and have some lovely encounters. If you air out the apartment at night, it stays pleasantly cool during the day, even when it's over 30 degrees Celsius outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering. And it's also very comfortable to relax on the terrace. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed delicious meals several evenings at the restaurant in town, which is within walking distance and also has a view of the lake. We would love to come back! It's perfect, especially if you prefer a cozy and peaceful vacation!

Location au top, très bien située entre les commerces et le lac.
Les espaces verts sont entretenus régulièrement.
Il y a des balancoires, terrain de foot et vélos à disposition.
Riccardo, le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible.
Piscine et jacuzzi propres.
Je recommande vivement.

correspond aux images du site. Merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et sa discrétion. La piscine est un gros plus pour les journées chaudes que compte la région. Attention au prix de l'électricité qui est en sus et plus chère en italie qu'en France.

A very nice, spacey but cosy and well-equipped house beautifully located in the Tuscany nature. Excellent views. Kitchens are great for joint food preparation. Rooms and bathrooms are beautiful. There is a lot to do both at and around the house (playing pool, ping pong, the swimming pool, various games etc. Hiking, visiting nearby small cities, bathing in the rivers etc. ). Some may find it a bit distant from good shopping facilities (especially because the best access road is currently blocked during now 3 years), but with some planning and 'mega shopping', you can manage that. Absolutely recommendable for the big family or group. We were 18 family members and had a great time.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa La Piana. Der Blick von der Terrasse aus über das Meer in der Ferne ist wunderschön, der Pool sehr erfrischend, die Anlage gepflegt und liebevoll angelegt. Drinnen gibt es eine kleine, gut ausgestattete Küche, ein kleines Bad, zwei Schlafzimmer und einen großen Wohnraum. Nachts hört man nur die Zirkaden. Zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten in Pedona, wo man in einem kleinen Laden das Nötigste kaufen, sich ein Eis holen oder abends ins Restaurant gehen kann. Mit dem Auto ist man in 20 Minuten am Strand und auch recht schnell in Pisa und Luca. Riccardo, der Gastgeber, war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat sich einmal in der Woche um den Pool gekümmert und uns dabei sogar ein kleines Frühstück mitgebracht. Wir waren rundum begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The view from the terrace across the distant sea is beautiful, the pool is very refreshing, and the grounds are well-maintained and lovingly landscaped. Inside, there's a small, well-equipped kitchen, a small bathroom, two bedrooms, and a large living room. At night, you only hear the cicadas. It's just a few minutes' walk to Pedona, where you can buy essentials in a small shop, get an ice cream, or go out to eat in the evening. By car, you can reach the beach in 20 minutes and also get to Pisa and Luca quite quickly. Riccardo, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, took care of the pool once a week, and even brought us a small breakfast. We were absolutely delighted and would come back anytime!
