This apartment is located within a complex of 4 properties: “La Casa sul Tevere”, the owners' house (empty from June until October), a further small rental apartment and the house of the caretakers.
The swimming pool is located in the middle of the property (size: 6,5m x 3,5m; depth: 1,20m) and is reserved for the exclusive use of the guests staying at “La Casa sul Tevere”. “La Casa sul Tevere” also enjoys the exclusive use of the grounds and the gardens around the pool, that is surrounded by the other apartments mentioned above, yet reserved to our guests only.

This apartment for rent in Rome enjoys beautiful views of the Tevere river, and is located in a particular area of the river where bathing is possible. A wooden docking area, with a nice motor boat, is available for the guests (free of charge) in case they want to sail along the river. Outside, under a shaded terrace, some useful gym equipments are available.

The upper floor of the house is particularly airy and full of natural light, with big windows opening straight onto panoramic terraces facing the river. An additional rooftop terrace enjoys spectacular views and catches sun all day.

The cycling path leading straight to the center of Rome and following the Tevere river starts 1km away from the property: this is the perfect choice for the lovers of open-air living and activities.

Upper floor: lounge with panoramic windows, air-conditioned double bedroom, shower room (without bidet).

Lower floor: Air-conditioned lunge with TV, hi-fi system, fireplace and adjoining dining area with kitchenette (with microwave oven), shower room.

1 step above: double bedroom (air-conditioned).

The living room on the lower floor has a double sofa bed, able to accommodate on request 2 extra guests (surcharge of euro 15 per person per day).
