The swimming pool for the exclusive use of 10m x 4m x 1.50m (depth) equipped with sun beds, enjoys a 180 ° sea view and boasts numerous relaxation areas equipped with tables and chairs, for dining outside, and sofas to relax and delight in in the hot summer sun, surrounded by an expanse of olive trees.

The private and romantic Master Bedroom Suite on the top floor offers a retreat with even more astounding sea views. The main building has two floors on which the ground floor hosts the open plan kitchen and living room with a sofa with a TV with satellite SKY connection, a utility room, and a full bathroom with a steam shower. Upstairs is the unique and romantic Master Bedroom suite.
The suit also offers its own private roof terrace to enjoy watching the sunset over the sea and the many different shades of the olive groves.
The suite also features a full bath with a large shower room. To the left of the two storey villas there are two more double bedrooms making up the rest of the sleeping accomodation and is connected to the main building by a covered corridor, which opens onto the terrace and well equipped outside kitchen area with fantasic sea views. Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
All travellers benefit, with the payment of the 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and any accidental damage to the property.
-There are strict local laws about recycling and if the rubbish is not sorted accordingly it will not be picked up. After a first warning, the owner of the property is fined. Please recycle cardboard/paper, plastic, aluminium and glass into the correct recycling bins.
- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- ** once a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients
In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
Extra cleaning on request:
- extra cleaning: €20 per hour and per cleaner
- extra bed linen: €10 per room (sheets + pillowcases)
- extra bathroom linen: €7 per room (2 face towels, 2 bidet towels and 2 bath towels)

Restbeløbet forfalder 45 dage før ankomst.
Hvad angår last-minute bookinger (indenfor 45 dage før ankomst) skal hele lejebeløbet betales ved bookingen, medmindre der står noget andet i de reservationspolitikker.
Ved annullering af en reservation, undtagen hvis der står andet i de reservationspolitikker, og selv hvis den bliver erstattet af en anden reservation, skal følgende sanktioner betales:
- den procentdel af det totale lejebeløb, som er indbetalt som depositum på bookingtidspunktet, hvis afbestillingen foretages mellem bookingtidspunktet og 46 dage før starten af lejeperioden;
- 100% af den samlede lejepris, hvis aflysningen sker fra 45 dage til ankomstdagen eller i tilfælde af udeblivelse.
