Ferielejligheder med privat pool og stor have i bakkerne nord for Lucca i Toscana.
En smuk have med pool og panoramaudsigt er forbeholdt gæsterne i de syv lejligheder. Her kan gæsterne slappe af og nyde det udendørs område sammen med et møbleret område udstyret med en pergola og grill.
Ejendommen er beliggende i Gualdo, en charmerende landsby på bakkerne mellem Lucca og Vesilia-kysten, der går tilbage til det 15. århundrede. Inde i byen finder du en rolig atmosfære. Sammen med en kirke på byens hovedtorv er der også en restaurant hvor besøgende kan spise al fresco om sommeren. Der Pool und die Aussicht war phantastisch, die Unterkunft ist seht in die Jahre gekommen - wir würden deswegen nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Very nice area, quiet place with a nice swimming pool and garden. Nice restaurant near by. Good starting point for visiting Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Cinque Terre.

L'unico vero neo della località sono le stradine per raggiungerla. Ma allo stesso tempo questo leggero isolamento rende il paesino e la sistemazione, un piccolo gioiello e quindi si fa presto a non considerarlo nella valutazione generale dei nostri 4 giorni a Gualdo. L'appartamento e' veramente carino ed entrarci e' come fare un tuffo nel passato. Quasi nel medioevo, nonostante ci sia tutto il necessario per una permanenza comoda e moderna. Pero' i muri, i pavimenti, il borgo stesso... All.inizio della strada che porta a Gualdo c'e' un cartello che dice Gualdo, il paese delle fiabe... mai indicazione fu piu' azzeccata.
E probabile che si torni anche il prossimo anno.

But at the same time this slight isolation makes the little village and the accommodation a little gem and so it's easy to overlook in the overall assessment of our four days in Gualdo. The flat is really nice and entering it is like stepping back in time. Almost in the Middle Ages, although there is everything you need for a comfortable, modern stay. But the walls, the floors, the village itself.... At the beginning of the road that leads to Gualdo, there is a sign that says Gualdo, the town of fairy tales... such an accurate indication.

Heerlijk rustig plekje in een heel klein bergdorpje met een fijn zwembad en goed restaurant om de hoek! 1 van de 6 appartementen heeft airco (Menestrello). Wel te kleine keuken.

Posizione molto interessante, isolata quanto basta per godere del silenzio della natura e della visione del cielo senza inquinamento luminoso, si trova lungo il percorso della Via franchigena, la casa è antica ma pulita e ben organizzata, la vista sul mare all'orizzonte molto romantica.

This is a lovely old building with high named ceilings. It was cool in the heat with great views. The pool was excellent and grounds around it were fantastic. The village setting is very nice with a great value and popular cafe and restaurant a stone throw away. The property was minimally furnished. Fridge etc was good, WIFI good, water good, but it lacked a bit of love and attention (broken slats under the sofa bed/ coffee maker not working etc ) Small things really, but I'm keeping the fifth star to reflect. Owner friendly and relaxed - nice atmosphere.

We visited the villa with our kids the first days of May and really loved and enjoyed it! When we arrived late in the evening, Luigi warmly welcomed us and arranged something to eat from the restaurant in the village. He made us feel directly at home!
Our appartement was very spacious and clean and our favorite part was the family kitchen, it felt very warm and we enjoyed spending time around the table with a good glass of wine. The space around the pool area is lovely and having a cup of coffee in the garden in the morning, while overlooking the green area is so calming, the perfect getaway from busy life. We chose Gualdo, which is a super tiny but lovely village, due to its good location to visit famous cities such as Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Lucca and of course the 5 villages of Cinque Terre. They are all within driving distance!

Dies war der 2.Urlaub in diesem Haus. Begeistert waren wir wieder von der Gastfreundlichkeit von Paolo und vor allen Dingen von Luigi. Trotz Sprachbarrieren war ein kleines nettes Gespräch immer an der Tagesordnung.
Die Wohnung ist einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Ein Generalreinigung und Überprüfung der
Gebrauchsgegenstände wäre allerdings angezeigt.

Die Wohnung hat fast alles, was man braucht. Man könnte mit wenig Aufwand eine richtige Perle daraus machen. Handtuchwechsel ist bei einem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt leider nicht geplant, wir haben aber nach Aufforderung trotzdem neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche bekommen. Die Wohnung mit der Ausziehcouch in der Küche ist nicht langfristig für 6 Personen geeignet. Die Couch ist sehr durchgelegen. Ideal für 4 Personen plus Kleinkind im Extrabett. Herzliches Dankeschön an Lucci und seine Frau, die sich hervorragend um das Anwesen und die Gäste kümmern.
