Designed by the owners themselves (both are artists, architects and interior designers), the property is a unique building: constructed on a hill of marble, it offers bright interiors with beautiful panoramic views of Lucca.
The roof of the main house can be opened to ventilate and cool down the entire building (thanks to a system of hydraulic pistons). The house's special large windows can be opened to unite the indoor and outdoor areas. The furnishing is modern and refined.
The villa is surrounded by 10 hectares of land with olive groves and woods.
Access to the property is via a partly unpaved road, with a narrow section about 100 meters long (maximum width 2 meters).
Distances: Lucca with shops of all kinds 5 km away, Pisa 20 km, the Versilia area of the Tuscan coast (Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Marina di Pietrasanta, etc.) is about 20 km away, Florence 80 km, the renowned Cinque Terre area is about 100 km away.
At guests' disposal: outdoor space with pool for guests' exclusive use (about 70 m2, 26 x 5 m - depth 1,20 m - open from 01/06 to 30/09), relaxation area inside the pool, fitness area, ping pong table, barbecue. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Internet connection (free of charge).
Parking within the grounds.

Important information: the double bedroom on the first floor of the villa is available only during the months of July and August. During the rest of the year this bedroom is not available but guests can use a double sofa-bed placed on the second floor.

2nd floor: large double bedroom with beautiful panoramic view and private bathroom with bathtub and shower, 2 double bedrooms (one with access on to the outside), bathroom with shower, room with access on to the outside, TV and double sofa bed (available only upon request).
