Beautiful property in the countryside just 30 km north of Rome and a short distance from important historical sites such as Tivoli (Villa d'Este and Villa Adriana), and the Alban Hills (Colli Albani) with the renowned towns of Albano, Marino, Genzano and Castel Gandolfo (the Pope's summer residence).
The property is composed of 6 comfortable apartments and the owners' quarters. The owners are nice, friendly, and ready to help guests with recommendations about the area. A large outdoor space surrounds the property, offering a pool, tennis court and bocce court. Guests can use the common spaces, and each apartment has its own, private outdoor space as well.
In the nearby town of Passo Corese there is a train station (subway line FR1 for Fiumicino airport) with easy connections to Rome in just 35 minutes (trains leave for and from Rome every 15- 20 minutes).
The seaside, with free and equipped beaches (Ladispoli, Fregene, etc.) is about an hour away by car.
Access to the house is via a short section of unpaved road in good condition and suitable for all vehicles.

At guests' disposal: large, well-tended garden with pool shared by guests and the owners (13 x 7 m - minimum depth 1 m - maximum depth 1,6 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), concrete tennis court (use is free during the day, night lighting requires a fee of € 8/hour), bocce court. The property offers WI-FI internet connection free of charge. Laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board) at guests' disposal. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: Baby bed available, € 10 (to be paid on the spot). Maid service available € 10/hour (to be paid on the spot). The owners are available to take guests to the nearby station of Passo Corese (for a contribution towards the travel expenses).

We had a great holiday here. The apartment is well equipped and clean. The pool and tennis court are fantastic. We enjoyed the relaxing countryside environment and used the apartment as a base to travel into Rome which is an easy 40 min train ride. The owners are friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic holiday. The property is wonderful and is in a fantastic position for easy access to Rome. Pool and tennis court were great and the apartments were clean and comfortable.

No good reception wifi in the rent.
[Counter comment from the owner] The owner clarifies that wi-fi is available in two outdoor public areas (not inside the apartments); one under the entrance porch and the other between the pool and tennis court.
The signal (more or less strong) arrives even in some of the apartments (not in all) but it depends on the distance from the modem,
Furthermore, the quality of the reception also depends on the type of equipment used.
For some guests who have actually asked, the owner has made a computer with printer and internet access available for their use during the stay.
