Large independent villa with private pool situated less than 2 km way from the small medieval town of Marciano della Chiana. This villa is part of a large, entirely fenced-in 2 hectare estate with beautiful olives groves, oak, ash and cypress woods. The interiors are welcoming, furnished in a rustic style. Beside the main villa, this property also comprises a small outbuilding for 2 people providing facilities for disabled persons.
Distances: Marciano della Chiana with groceries 1,5 km away, Monte San Savino with general stores 10 km, Cortona 25 km, Arezzo 22 km away, Rapolano Terme (with spas) 30 km, Siena 53 km away, the region of Val d’Orcia (Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza etc…) is within 30/60 km, the Chianti Classico area (Gaiole, Castellina, Greve, Radda etc…) is within 60/90 km, Florence 95 km away, Orvieto 95 km away.
At guests’ disposal: 2-hectare garden with private swimming-pool (14 x 7 m – min. depth 1,2 m – max. depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 through 30/09), open-air shower (only cold water) by the pool, barbecue. In front of the main villa there is a nice furnished area with a large table ideal for al-fresco dining. All of the bedrooms provide mosquito nets and ceiling fans.
WI-FI internet access is provided (free of charge).

Extra Services: Baby bed available free of charge (to be requested at booking confirmation), additional baby beds are available at € 30,- / per week each (payment on site). Maid service available by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour to be paid locally).

1st floor: double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, twin-bedded room with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower (1 step up). A furnished terrace with table and chairs is accessible from this floor.
