Welcoming villa with private pool situated in quiet and panoramic location on the hills of Monte San Savino, a small town in Arezzo surroundings. The beautiful medieval hamlet of Gargonza dating back to the 13th century is a short distance away and it is worth a visit.
This villa interiors are spacious and nicely furnished. Outside, guests can enjoy use of a large, entirely fenced-in garden with a private pool. This house is on 3 floors, all of which having access on to the outside and, on the last floor, it offers a nice terrace with beautiful, panoramic views over the Valdichiana landscape.
A furnished loggia providing table, chairs and a bathroom with shower is available by the pool.
The house's central location is convenient for visiting south Tuscany's and Umbria’s most important places of interest.
Distances: Monte San Savino with shops of all kinds 5 km away, Arezzo 30 km, Cortona 35 km, Siena 40 km away, the Val d’Orcia region (Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino etc…) is within 40/70 km, Perugia 80 km away, Orvieto and Florence 90 km.
At guests’ disposal: large, entirely fenced-in garden, private swimming-pool (15,5 x 5,5 m – min. depth 0,8 m – max. depth 1,9 m – open from dal 01/05 through 30/9), spacious, covered loggia (with bathroom with shower) by the pool ideal for al-fresco dining, terrace with barbecue, billiards available on the villa ground floor. WI-FI internet connection (1 GB per week available).
Extra Services: Baby bed upon request (free of charge). Maid service available by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour to be paid on the spot).
