Welcoming recently restored house with private pool located a short distance from the lovely town of San Gimignano (5 km away). This house is a portion of a beautiful country-side villa and offers a large, well-kept private garden. Outside guests can also enjoy use of a nice portico overlooking the garden ideal for al-fresco dining.
The property owners live next door but have independent entrance.
Casa Sabrina is within easy reach of Tuscany's most important places of interest such as Florence, Siena, Volterra and the Chianti Classico region.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: San Gimignano with shops of all kinds about 5 km away, Poggibonsi 8 km, Volterra 35 km away, Siena 45 km, Florence 50 km away, Pisa 85 km, Lucca 90 km.
At guests’ disposal: large, entirely fenced-in garden with private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – min. depth 0,8 m – max. depth 1,65 m –open from 01/05 through 30/09), barbecue. Washing-machine available. The house provides WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request (free of charge). Maid service by arrangement (€ 15,- / per hour to be paid locally).

Very good choice in order to visit Tuscany. If it is just to relax and stay at the villa, there are better alternatives.

Wir verbrachten zwei schöne Wochen in der Casa Sabrina (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder). Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl im gut und bestens eingerichteten Haus.

Although a bit difficult to find (look for il Melograno), it was lovely. Sabrina, the owner, does not speak English but she is very nice. The place is clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is that they print out an information sheet, like how to get to the supermarket in Poggibonsi, how to use the dishwasher and washing machine, how to contact Sabrina if you have a question... We succeeded through trial and error so everything worked out, but two of us understand Italian. Beautiful property and easy access (by car) to San Gimignano. It's is a bit of a long hike there but we did it because we enjoy walking and running.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool und großzügigem, gepflegtem Grundstück, sehr ruhig gelegen.
Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und das Haus war sehr freundlich & liebevoll hergerichtet.
