Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant, café, pub garden, bus stop 50 m, indoor swimming pool 80 m. Cable car, skisport facilities 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sella Ronda. Hiking paths: Dolomiten. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Free transfer bus to the next ski track. Warning: At the end of the stay, a tourist tax of € 1 / person / day to pay extra on site!

5-room chalet 120 m2 on 3 levels. Fully renovated in 2017, tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms 30 m2, each room with shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Beautiful view of the mountains. Reserved parking (4 cars). 1 pet/ dog allowed. The entrance is on the floor after 15 steps. In the basefloor is a wellness area with finn sauna, whirlpool and relaxarea. You may book it for 700€ per week on spot.
