Beautiful estate of 5 units and the owners' apartment, situated in a tranquil, very panoramic position halfway between Siena and Grosseto. The property offers magnificent views, with the Sienese hills and Val d'Orcia on one side, and the valley extending to Monte Amiata on the other. The apartments are surrounded by a beautiful, multilevel garden offering spacious, shared areas equipped with gazebos and tables for enjoying the landscape. A beautiful pool directly faces the magnificent view.
The interiors are comfortably furnished. Apartments Susanna 1, 2 and 3 are in the newer portion (near the pool and the owners' apartment), while apartments Susanna 4 and 5 are located near the old hamlet of houses (about 50/80 meters from the pool).
The property is located in an absolutely tranquil spot between Siena and the sea, the Chianti and the Maremma. A short distance away there are the thermal springs of Petriolo and the Farma river, where it is possible to bathe in sulfurous waters known since Roman times.
Access to the property is via an unpaved road in good condition and suitable for any vehicle.

At guests' disposal: large garden with areas equipped with gazebos, tables and chairs, pool shared by guests of the 5 apartments and the owners (15 x 4,5 m- minimum depth 1,4 - maximum depth 1,8 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), sun deck, outdoor stone barbecue, room with 4-person whirlpool bath (at extra charge). Laundry room shared by the guests (washing machine and dryer free of charge). WI-FI internet connection available free of charge. Parking near the property.
Extra services: 3 baby beds available upon request. Maid service available € 15/ hour (to be paid locally). If one group reserves all the apartments, the owners will also provide a common room made up of a dining room, kitchen corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher) and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The indoor whirlpool bath is available upon request throughout the entire season for € 50/ hour or € 100/ 4 hours, maximum 4 people.
