La Tuia Vacanze is a very cute county house situated in the Valdarno hills very close to the Chianti area.
The house is completely renewed and is composed of a big living-room with the fire place, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one with an-suite bathroom) and an other bathroom, both with shower.
At guests' disposal:
Outside, a big flowered garden with a gazebo, table, chairs and beach-chairs to relax.
It is also available a private BBQ.
Distances:
Montevarchi 5 km with all kind of shops.
A pubblic swimming pool is available at only 5 km.
A SPA center is available at the Rapolano Terme 30 km only.

1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom (with an en-suite bathroom), 1 double bedroom.
Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms.
The floors are made of typical tuscan cotto tiles and the roof is traditional with wooden beams and rafters.
