The palace, originating from the 1600’s, is situated in the heart of the city in Piazza Signorelli a few metres from the main square - Piazza della Repubblica where there is the Town Hall (Palazzo Comunale).

You enter the apartment via a flight of steps. On the left hand side there is the master bedroom.
From here you have a spectacular view over the Piazza Signorelli with the Signorelli theatre, Palazzo Casali and the Etruscan museum.
A spacious corridor leads to the other double bedroom.
Another corridor leads to the spacious living room with sofas, Digital TV.
Also in the living room windows give onto the square giving the apartment a bright feel to it.
A dining table invites you to nice dinners.
From the large corridor you can enter the fully equipped live-in kitchen.
The bathroom has a shower.
