This villas has been tastefully restored with its original charm and architectural features preserved and it has been turned into a welcoming country house. The interiors offer a nice combination of rustic and ancient pieces. This property enjoys beautiful views over the Chiana Valley and the lovely Etruscan town of Cortona in the distance. A large, fenced, partially shaded garden surrounds the house. Casale La Meridiana is situated half way between Siena and Perugia, along the way leading to Foiano della Chiana and is it ideally located to discover most of Tuscany and Umbria. Within 65 km there are beautiful cities such as Siena, Perugia, Arezzo, Montepulciano (renowned for the Brunello wine), Montalcino, Cortona, Pienza and Lake Trasimeno.
Riding facilities and a 9-hole golf course are a short distance away.
A railway passes approx. 500 m from the property away.
