The property is quietly situated amidst the green hills of Volterra and offers beautiful views over the surrounding woods and olive groves. All of the apartments offer comfortable interiors furnished in a local style.This property offers to its guests the chance to relax in the quiet, charming countryside, and at the same time the location is perfect to visit the close, beautiful Tuscan towns as Volterra, Certaldo, San Gimignano, Florence and Siena.The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 2 km.
Distances: Il Castagno with food shops 5 km, Gambassi with all kinds of shops 10 km. The beautiful small town of San Gimignano and Volterra are 15 km away.
At guests' disposal: large equipped garden with partially above-ground swimming pool with sun terrace (12 x 6 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) set in panoramic location and shared barbecue. All of the apartments are provided with a private outdoor area equipped with garden furniture. Shared laundry available.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: maid service available by arrangement € 10 / per hour to be paid on the spot. On request it is possible to hire an extra bed at € 50 / per week (just in units Casa Mario 1 and Casa Mario 5) and a baby bed at € 30 / per week, both to be paid locally. WI-FI internet connection available at € 10,- / per week.
