Villa Orta is a charming, elegant 18th century villa recently renovated with great care for the details with an exquisite open and breathtaking view of Lake Orta, a small romantic lake in the northern part of Italy close to the Lake Maggiore. The villa has just been renovated with special care of details between old and modern style. The high quality standard and the familiar management make it the ideal place for pleasant and romantic holidays. IT is located in Crabbia, a small and quiet village at about 3.5km from Orta San Giulio, and is the ideal departure point for interesting trips into nature and culture at any time of the year. Private ground of 8000 smq conveniently situated on a promontory over the lake at 500 meters laid down to the banks of the lake, the villa is composed by three two-rooms apartments, a one-room apartment and a separate cottage. The whole villa tottaly has 5 double room, 1 twin room , 1 with bunk bed and welcomes totally 14 guest. High standard of comfort: Sat-TV, independent heating system, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher, bathroom with shower. BBQ and fire place are available. The villa develops on four floors:

At the entrance, on the main floor of the villa the sweet dripping of a stone fountain will welcome you into the internal court yard.
You will then find three separate accommodations, named with the family names of the owners:
Casa Giuseppe (75 sqm):
living room with original Venetian mosaic floor and hand painted ceiling from the 18th century and fire-place. Kitchenette with micro wave oven and dishwasher.
One bedroom with king size bed. One bathroom with shower.
60 sqm. terrace equipped for dining al fresco under a green pergola, deckchairs and beach umbrellas with a magnificent view of the garden and the lake.

Casa Clementina (45 sqm):
45 sqm studio with king size bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower,
Patio with arcade of granite stone columns, table, chairs and swing with a small studio for two persons. bed.

Casa Maria, separate cottage of 120 smq structured on two floors:
Upper floor:
entrance into the living room with TV SAT, one King size bedroom, one twin bedroom ( bed: 100 cm x 200 cm), and WC.
Lower floor:
Laundry, bathroom with shower, kitchen with fire-place.
Outdoor private garden with stone table, chairs, beach chairs and umbrellas, BBQ.

Remaining on the main floor of the villa you will enter the main stairs leading you to the lower floor and the first floor. In this area you will find an independent bathroom.

On the lower floor of the villa there is large lounge area partly decorated with original stones, with elegant, high quality furniture: comfortable sofas, armchairs and a large glass table. Facilities: SAT TV with home theatre system, high speed Internet connection, DVD/CD/radio player.
Large kitchen (dishwasher, full size oven, fridge with freezer) and dining room with fire place for the accommodation of ALL guests.
A small enchanting tunnel leads to the cosy, amazing wine cellar built into the original cliff.
A large selection of Italian wines and grappas wait for your visit….

One large glass door leads to the main garden with lovely areas with tables, chairs and beach chairs for your relax, admiring the lake under the sun as well as in the shadow.

On the First floor of the villa you will find the fourth accommodation:
Casa Guido (75 sqm):
Living/dinner area in liberty style and kitchenette with dishwasher.
One double room and one room with bunk bed both facing a lovely balcony with granite columns and wonderful view.
60 sqm terrace / solarium equipped with deckchairs and beach umbrellas to sunbathing all day long with a unique panoramic view.

On Second floor of the villa you will find the fifth accommodation:
Casa Elda (75 sqm)
Modern style living/dining room with 3 arcade windows with spectacular view on the lake and the Isle San Giulio and 4 further windows with view on the lake and the small romantic village of Ronco. Laying on the white leather sofa and gaze at the lake and the sky when the sun goes down and at all the lights surrounding the lake: an unforgettable experience…..
Modern, fully equipped Kichenette with dishwasher and oven.
Bedroom with double bed close with direct access to a modern bathroom with double wash basin and multifunctional shower panel.
