The land lady only handed us the key and left. No help as to what to find in the appartments (e.g. how to work the gas heater - which BTW was turned off) No help in how to get into Rome or find a restaurant. Although, some of this was in a folder which was not given to us, but which we found the day we left when we cleaned up (blank folder - at least put renter information on it!) [Agency counter comment] It seems very strange because the caretaker does not speak English but she it is an awesome lady, we normally receive positive feedback for her courtesy and kindness towards the guests.
