For shared use: property 20'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool fenced (18 x 9 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, 01.06.-30.09.). 300 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1 km, underground station "Metro linea B" 10 km, sandy beach "Torvaianica" 27 km. Golf course 4 km, tennis 5 km, riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Castel Gandolfo 10 km, Santuario del Divono Amore 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood. Railway line 500 m from the property. The house consists of 6 apartments. On the same grounds, there is also an old chapel where is possible to arrange weddings. The swimming pool is approx 50 m away from the apartments. Ciampino airport 10 km.

We arrived and found dirty appartments (rented two). The land lady only handed us the key and left. No help as to what to find in the appartments (e.g. how to work the gas heater - which BTW was turned off) No help in how to get into Rome or find a restaurant. Although, some of this was in a folder which was not given to us, but which we found the day we left when we cleaned up (blank folder - at least put renter information on it!)
[Agency counter comment] It seems very strange because the caretaker does not speak English but she it is an awesome lady, we normally receive positive feedback for her courtesy and kindness towards the guests.
