We could not have had a better experience, Stefano and Sergio (and Lucco) are treasures. The accommodations are sensational. The service, camaraderie, and ambiance are miles above sensational. Our hope is to go back in the future. Just don't tell too many people (save some future dates for us)

We hired all 7 villas for my 50th birthday. As most guests were coming from Australia I wanted to make sure all went well. I needn’t have worried. From the moment I found Possarelli villa’s website they were great. Answered all my questions and gave me lots of options. They listened to my needs and found a great venue.
If I thought the people from Possarelli were great then Stefano and Sergio were amazing. They fully catered for my birthday, Feed us the night we arrived, offered advice on what do see and do. Arranged a great wine tasting at a local winery, including food, for us all at a moment’s notice. Sergio also gave a great talk on the history of the castle. Those who wanted to did a cooking lesson with the Master Chef Sergio. My 12 year old nephew was shaking with adrenaline afterwards explaining all he had learned. Finally, the local town had a great little pub/restaurant in it that we took over on the final night.

Stefano and Sergio are gracious hosts at this beautiful location in the Tuscan hills. Our apartment was great, the setting wonderful and the food was spectacular. We would certainly stay at the villa again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre sublime et avec des propriétaires aux petits soins pour les locataires. Pour un bon dépaysement je vous recommande cette destination sans aucunes hésitations, tout était parfait.

This is the real deal, if you're looking for a Tuscan getaway. The property is well-maintained, and apartments are spacious and well equipped. Hosts / Chefs Sergio and Stephano are gracious and friendly in addition to providing splendid breakfasts and dinners (or you can cook / eat in your apartment, which we did several evenings).
The units are arranged so that guests have privacy, and all the units seem to have excellent views as well.
The beds (where, let's face it, you spend 1/3 of your time) are comfortable, and there's ample storage space for clothing.
We were unlucky, weather-wise: a rare North African heat wave shrouded Italy from Rome to Bologna while we were there. Luckily there is a very nice pool at Villa Fabbroni with shade umbrellas and comfortable pool-side seating. Few of the guests used it, (they braved the heat to visit regional wineries and museums) but our group found it to be a saving grace.
It's a bit of a trek to the markets (there is a great coop about 7 km away) but the owners will provide daily necessities like fresh bread at cost, since they make a daily trip to the market... nice.
The history of the villa is rich, but what really sets it apart is the affability of the hosts. I'm hoping to get Stephano's recipe for Limoncello (which they treated us to on our last evening at the villa). In addition they produce their own wine, honey and olive oil. A great time was had by all. Wonderful location, central to all of the Chianti region, yet out of the way from most tourists. A local and friendly village nearby. Sergio and Stephano are wonderful hosts.

For my 40th birthday I invited 32 friends for a week in Tuscany. Stefano and Sergio did not let me down. The two dinners they cooked with appertivo was spectacular. The assistance and support for my guests and myself was first rate. Many thanks! Trevor Tay-London

From the second our tires touched the gravel road heading up to the villa we were enamoured. The surroundings were lovely, and the villa itself was beautiful. We were greeted by Stefano, who is very warm and helpful. We had a very relaxing week in the Tuscan sun and we had WONDERFUL food at the on-property restaurant. This villa is far away enough from everything to give you a truly relaxed feeling, but also close enough to Florence, Sienna, etc. to make day trips possible. Would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family.

This was the best holiday of our life thanks in large part to the beautiful Villa Fabbroni, the warm and genuine hospitality of the owners, and the great food they served us!
