Raro Realty Srl acts as a real estate intermediary, managing the rental of properties for which it holds a representation mandate with the owner or a partner it distributes for, mediating between owners/partners and clients/tenants.

Short-term tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely.

There are strict local laws on waste recycling, and improperly sorted waste will not be collected. After an initial warning, the property owner will be fined. Please recycle cardboard/paper, plastic, aluminum, and glass in the appropriate recycling bins.

The short-term villa rental does not entitle guests to organize any kind of events at the villa unless previously agreed in writing with the agency, as specified in point 25 of the General Terms and Conditions. Use of the villa must be limited to a simple tourist stay.

Provision of bed linen and towels upon arrival (face towel, body towel, bidet towel, and shower mat per person).

During the high season, weekly cleaning (for stays longer than 7 nights) will primarily take place on Saturdays.

All travellers benefit, with the payment of the 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and any accidental damage to the property.
With the RARO CARE Service, you will be covered for damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00.

Det første depositum , der kræves for at bekræfte en reservation og som skal betales på bookingtidspunktet (medmindre der gælder særlige betingelser), er på 30% af det samlede lejebeløb.

Restbeløbet forfalder 45 dage før ankomst.

Hvad angår last-minute bookinger (indenfor 45 dage før ankomst) skal hele lejebeløbet betales ved bookingen, medmindre der står noget andet i de reservationspolitikker.

Ved annullering af en reservation, undtagen hvis der står andet i de reservationspolitikker, og selv hvis den bliver erstattet af en anden reservation, skal følgende sanktioner betales:
- den procentdel af det totale lejebeløb, som er indbetalt som depositum på bookingtidspunktet, hvis afbestillingen foretages mellem bookingtidspunktet og 46 dage før starten af lejeperioden;
- 100% af den samlede lejepris, hvis aflysningen sker fra 45 dage til ankomstdagen eller i tilfælde af udeblivelse.
