La Capinera, made almost entirely of stone, is divided into a large living area and a private bathroom with shower. La Cicerella, with peach-colored walls, boasts a bathroom sink carved from a single block of Lecce stone with vertical bands, a unique example of territorial design. It is equipped with air conditioning, television and a private bathroom.

La Drusilla, one of the most elegant rooms, is divided into several areas and has a mezzanine.
