Villa Prestige is a historic residence with a swimming pool located in the countryside of Ostuni, in the heart of the Itria Valley, in Puglia. Perfectly nestled between tradition and modernity, the property is composed of two independent units: a villa with a contemporary design and a historic lamia, creating a unique balance between comfort and authenticity.
The villa can accommodate up to six people in its three bedrooms, with four bathrooms available.
It is possible to accommodate two additional guests (teens/children) upon request, at an additional cost.
The Villa is easily reachable by car and is about 13 min (6.8 km) from the historic center of Ostuni, about 14 min (8.7 km) from Carovigno, 29 min (31.5 km) from Fasano, 25 min (20 km) from Cisternino, 22 min (17.5 km) from the beaches of the Parco delle Dune Costiere (Adriatic Sea) and 60 min (53 km) from the beaches of Campomarino (Ionian Sea).

Beskrivelse Interiør
Villa Prestige is located a few minutes from the town of Ostuni (Br), in the wonderful countryside of the Itria Valley.
The villa for rent is made up of the historic 4-cone Trullo and the more modern extension and can accommodate up to 6 people, in three bedrooms (divided into two units). The entrance with a living area and well-equipped kitchen complete the Villa for rent.
The entrance to the main body opens into the small living room with sofas, fireplace and TV.
The same divides the living area (continuing on the left) and the sleeping area (on the right).
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double beds that share a bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink, mirror and shower.
The double bedrooms are furnished with a built-in wardrobe, a bed with a wooden headboard, bedside tables and light points for reading.
The kitchen in the living area consists of a dining table (for six guests) and is furnished with a fridge/freezer, a
induction.
Still from the entrance, on the right, you can access the Trullo with the bedroom with a full bathroom which can also be used as a service bathroom in the living area or for the exclusive use of the bedroom.
Outside of Villa Prestige, you will have at your disposal two wonderful heatable swimming pools with hot and cold showers and sun loungers, a barbecue, sun loungers and deck chairs. Both in the front and in a private position in the courtyard, two covered patios with tables and comfortable seats will be at your disposal.

There are strict local laws on waste recycling, and improperly sorted waste will not be collected. After an initial warning, the property owner will be fined. Please recycle cardboard/paper, plastic, aluminum, and glass in the appropriate recycling bins.
The short-term villa rental does not entitle guests to organize any kind of events at the villa unless previously agreed in writing with the agency, as specified in point 25 of the General Terms and Conditions. Use of the villa must be limited to a simple tourist stay.
Provision of bed linen and towels upon arrival (face towel, body towel, bidet towel, pool towel, and shower mat per person).
During the high season, weekly cleaning (for stays longer than 7 nights) will primarily take place on Saturdays.
All travellers benefit, with the payment of the 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and any accidental damage to the property.
With the RARO CARE Service, you will be covered for damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00.

Restbeløbet forfalder 45 dage før ankomst.
Hvad angår last-minute bookinger (indenfor 45 dage før ankomst) skal hele lejebeløbet betales ved bookingen, medmindre der står noget andet i de reservationspolitikker.
Ved annullering af en reservation, undtagen hvis der står andet i de reservationspolitikker, og selv hvis den bliver erstattet af en anden reservation, skal følgende sanktioner betales:
- den procentdel af det totale lejebeløb, som er indbetalt som depositum på bookingtidspunktet, hvis afbestillingen foretages mellem bookingtidspunktet og 46 dage før starten af lejeperioden;
- 100% af den samlede lejepris, hvis aflysningen sker fra 45 dage til ankomstdagen eller i tilfælde af udeblivelse.
