Short-term tourist rental under D.L. 50/2017 - Contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
Access to the property is allowed only after completion of sanitation/cleaning by authorized staff, not before 5:00 PM. The staff will communicate the expected access time to the owner or their delegate, who will then inform the guests.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will be carried out as follows:

Coverage for accidental damage to the property and/or furnishings:

Restbeløbet forfalder 45 dage før ankomst.
Hvad angår last-minute bookinger (indenfor 45 dage før ankomst) skal hele lejebeløbet betales ved bookingen, medmindre der står noget andet i de reservationspolitikker.
Ved annullering af en reservation, undtagen hvis der står andet i de reservationspolitikker, og selv hvis den bliver erstattet af en anden reservation, skal følgende sanktioner betales:
- den procentdel af det totale lejebeløb, som er indbetalt som depositum på bookingtidspunktet, hvis afbestillingen foretages mellem bookingtidspunktet og 46 dage før starten af lejeperioden;
- 100% af den samlede lejepris, hvis aflysningen sker fra 45 dage til ankomstdagen eller i tilfælde af udeblivelse.
