Masseria Della Croce is a villa for rent with swimming pool typical of rural houses of the Apulian tradition. It can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and is equipped with 3 bathrooms with shower and a large outdoor area, attention to detail.
The structure consists of two floors (ground floor and first floor) and its furnishings are the result of a refined research and oriented to the smallest details.
The entrance opens to the large and bright living room with three sofas, a fireplace and a spacious table, which leads to the kitchen, already equipped with dishes and appliances. Here, on the ground floor, there is the first of the four bedrooms, which inside houses a Jacuzzi, next to which there is a bathroom with shower. In addition, you can enjoy a bright and classic relaxation/reading room.
Upstairs, on the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, another relaxation/ reading room and an additional bathroom with shower.
The outdoor spaces are essentially divided into two environments. On one side there is the swimming pool, surrounded by green lawn, fitness area and outdoor sauna. Through a gate leads to the second external environment: a large patio surrounded by a pergola under which you can organize lunches and dinners, facilitated by the presence of an outdoor kitchen, a wood-burning oven and a barbecue.

- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- ** once a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients
In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.

Restbeløbet forfalder 45 dage før ankomst.
Hvad angår last-minute bookinger (indenfor 45 dage før ankomst) skal hele lejebeløbet betales ved bookingen, medmindre der står noget andet i de reservationspolitikker.
Ved annullering af en reservation, undtagen hvis der står andet i de reservationspolitikker, og selv hvis den bliver erstattet af en anden reservation, skal følgende sanktioner betales:
- den procentdel af det totale lejebeløb, som er indbetalt som depositum på bookingtidspunktet, hvis afbestillingen foretages mellem bookingtidspunktet og 46 dage før starten af lejeperioden;
- 100% af den samlede lejepris, hvis aflysningen sker fra 45 dage til ankomstdagen eller i tilfælde af udeblivelse.
