The Villa is on one level and is divided into living and sleeping areas. You will be greeted by a large living room with an open fireplace and a sofa for three people, a table for up to eight guests.
The kitchen is located in a room adjacent to the living room and is furnished with a stove with five burners, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, shelves and shelves that contain everything you need to prepare rich breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Quite small but well equipped.
The first bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink.
Near are two bedrooms, the first consists of two single beds and the second a double bed.

The entrance to the premises of the villa has a large veranda where you can enjoy al fresco dining, with the addition of a stone built seating area.
The veranda is furnished with a table, benches, wicker chairs and a ping-pong table. At your disposal.
There also a barbecue and a wood oven.
To the rear of the property there is a large covered parking area.
