Shower/bidet/WC. Boiler (30 litres). Upper floor: (spiral staircase). Exit to the terrace. Terrace 20 m2, large terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: no lift. Please note: to reach the apartment we recommend stairway with high steps. The area around apartment is pedestrian area during some hours of day and night. Upon arrival the owner will provide a pass for 1 car to allow guests to reach the apartment by car. This pass will not allow anyway guest to park the car during pedestrian area resriction times.
