Ground Floor: entrance leads into a living room with a working fireplace, one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds (joinable upon request), there is also a third bedroom in the ground floor which has an external entrance.
From the living room there is direct access to the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove (4 burns), electric oven, toaster, dishwasher. From the kitchen a French door give the access to a covered patio which takes to the first annex with a large dining room with big wood table, and a reading angle with sofas and large window facing the valley.
Annex: separated by the villa there is the second annex with two bedrooms one has a double bed and the other have two single beds (joinable) both bedroom have its own bathroom with shower.
First Floor: the floor is reachable by an internal spiral staircase situated at the entrance, or by an external marble stair case, there is a small living area with sofas and fire place, three bedrooms all with two single beds (joinable), each bedroom have its own bathroom with shower.
