Albinia belongs to Orbetello, province Grosseto – it is the first sea-part before Giannella and the rest of the “bridge” to Monte Argentario. There are rocky and sandy beaches – free and against payment ( with sun beds, umbrellas, showers ect). Above the beach is a kind of hill – in the last 50 years several private summer residences were built here in the shadow of pines and Maremma vegetation. On this part of the hill with marvelous sea-view are just 2 houses. Our Casa Anna and below of it a private second cottage with his own access. 8 First gate is for both houses, then the holiday home Anna goes left 8 ě park places9 and down next gate the small house below- fenced.
From Casa Anna you can reach by foot ( 96 stone steps) the rocky part of the sea –if you like only sandy beaches, you can across the river ( small and water up to the knees) and you will be on the first free beach. You can reach it ( and other, also on payment) by car – there are enough park places and beaches available.
ca. 3 x per week is coming the gardener in very early morning to give water to the flowers without to disturb the Clients. If you don´t like this Agreement, you must inform us before and give water daily by your own.

Beskrivelse Interiør

The house has a 2000mq garden in terraced form and the highlight is his large terrace with sea view – for dreaming, taking sun and lunch.
The holiday villa has a small kitchen –with everything you need for a holiday cooking – small table, cooker with 4 ( gas) cooktops, washing machine, fridge and a separate freezer. The XXL-size living room has a dining space with table, sofas and fire place, glass sliding door to the terrace. 2 double bed rooms, 1 bed room with single bed ( can be extended to a double bed), 2 shower-bath rooms.
