Holiday Home Corfino is located in the quiet green Garfagnana area surrounded by fields, hills and mountains, ideal for those who enjoy relaxing with unique panoramic views.

The house is part of a Family-run farm and consisting in the house for rent with a Pool in common use of a smaller house nearby, the house of the owners and greenery with horses, chickens, goats and more.

It is accessed by a dirt road just before the Town of Corfino, the road is not suitable for too low or too big cars.

In the lower part of the farm are the parking spaces and a little more under is the swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters and 1.40m deep.

The pool is surrounded by a green lawn with sun beds and an area with table and benches in the shade. From the pool you have a panoramic view over the valley up to Castelnuovo Garfagnana.

Holiday Home Corfino offers its guests a large garden of about 1000 square meters with table tennis, dining areas, a wood oven and barbecue.
On the upper part of the property is a covered terrace with panoramic views, dining area and additional BBQ.

The holiday home consists of one floor of about 90 square meters within a 3-storey building but not inhabited and with no other guests.
Entrance onto the first floor from the private garden.

- Living room with dining table for 6 persons, kitchen area with 4 ring gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. Sofa, armchair, working fireplace and usable in winter, TV SAT and free wifi throughout the house.

- Bedroom with double bed.
- Bedroom with double bed and single bed.
- Bedroom with single bed and a door leading outside to the covered terrace with barbecue.
- Two bathrooms with shower.

The house is furnished in typically Tuscan style
